		<description>It would probably seem to the savy-up-to-date date warehouse architect that these wisdoms are common knowledge.  Maybe, but if that's true, how come we can find soooooo many examples of bad implementations?  Thanks for bringing Pete's site to my attention, this kind of advice can not be repeated often enough.  
Then again, in my own experience, it won't sway Mr. Thickskulls-Mid-20th-Century-I've-seen-it-all-Type because obviously these folks need to make mistakes and big ones before they would look for advice.</description>
