I’m using the pentaho classic engine (JFreeReport) to show reports from java.
I can run this example at the Report Designer, but how i can do it from java?.

Hello, I need to run the examples to realize the configuration parameters for the queries, but the example does not work.
as entering the parameters of the subreport?

I used your example but an error appear to me while I an executing the second query :

COULD NOT FETCH THE QUERY METADATA
REASON:
ERROR: SYNTAX ERROR AT OR NEAR “$”

Sorry i can’t speak english very well.

I’m using pentaho and i found your web.

I’ve read the pentaho’s wiki, but i don’t find a example that i have a parameter with many subreports.

I’ve tried to use your example but I could not make it work.

Yeah. I don’t think that will work since the Subreport page header footers override the master reports.

Are you aware of any examples that have a master report that holds a header, one or many subreports(with their own header, ie. column headings), and a master report footer(ie a report disclaimer of some sort). Am having issues, for example with getting the master’s footer appearing at the bottom of all pages, not just the last page.
